Overview
  Our mission is to help your company get to the Next Level by providing unbiased viewpoints and workable solutions. Our goal is to obtain as much information as we can about your systems, policies and customer service with little disturbance to the workday to you and your employees. A tailored plan will be developed to identify the areas to be reviewed/addressed, number of days in which the consultation will occur and all associated pricing. Once the onsite consultation has concluded a Q&A is offered to review any concerns or questions that may have developed during the consultation or after the results have been reviewed. Teambuilding
 With a background in Recreational Therapy and Ropes Courses we are able to provide a variety of interventions that will help to improve employee relationships, promote personal growth, and address team building and communication skills while encouraging all participants to “think outside of the box.” Interventions implemented will be tailored to the groups desired goals and is provided with a half or full day option. These services can be provided to all employees as one large group or focused on teams/work zones. These services provide a fun, hands-on approach to not only help the group improve their ability to communicate, problem solve and overall work better with each other, but to also help each participant see the value that they each bring while being able to view areas of self-improvement.

Why should we incorporate Team Building?
Research by the Joint Commission estimated that approximately 70% of adverse events in medical settings are not due to individuals’ technical errors but, rather, as a result of breakdowns in teamwork. Our experiences have found that attempting to fix an internal system issue is more than just numbers, updating a policy or addressing HR issues. Often there is a breakdown of communication or understanding of how the system should be implemented by all parties involved. Further it tends to need more than a meeting to solve some issues. With implementing a hands-on experience employees from department heads to frontline staff are able to pinpoint barriers and identify solutions more effectively.
