Consultation: Each consultation is tailored to your company's needs and requests. At a minimum each consultation will include:
- Telephone conference prior to the onsite consultation day(s) to discuss the details of your company's needs and desired outcome from the consultation.
- On-site consultation that will include direct contact with employees & customers as well as policy and/or system reviews.
- Wrap-up meeting to review the outcomes and a hosted Q&A.
All consultations are kept private and findings or information viewed by Next Level consultant(s) will never be shared with any third parties. You can count on us to deliver professional, confidential and top-quality services at all times.
Teambuilding Initiative: This is a hands-on experience that will get all of your employees involved and encourage the outside-the-box, creative thinking that your company needs to help solve day-to-day issues in the workplace. While having fun, your employees will have the opportunity to:
- Improve relationships with co-workers/other departments
- Address barriers and discuss creative methods to work towards resolving these issues identified in business systems, communication and everyday workplace concerns.
- Every participant will learn a little something about themselves that will can promote personal growth.
- Participants will be able to take their experiences from this day and apply it directly to their departments, positions and company systems that will improve the company's overall quality of services and production.
