Allison grew up and continues to reside North Carolina. She and her family currently call Raleigh home. Allison received her Bachelor's Degree from East Carolina in 2004 and her Masters from NC State University IN 2016.  Allison has worked in the mental health and substance abuse fields for over 10 years in both state facilities and with private for-profit and non-profits companies. During her time in the field she held a number of positions that ranged from front-line staff positions, Recreational Therapist and to Chief Operating Officer. Her expertise is in managing and providing effective solutions for improving company-wide systems. In addition, her background in Recreational Therapy has enhanced her abilities to provide teambuilding initiative opportunities that to promote a happier, healthier workplace while increasing productivity and customer service.
